In this 3-hour experiential learning you learn about the key Leadership Competencies and the groundings of LE.
Let me bring you on a journey through practical and inspiring teachings, as your body learns the felt incentive to cultivate Presence - “Centredness” as a skillful response to life. These simple yet profound principles and practices support you to bring the best of yourself forward when you need your Presence most. You learn to weave them into your everyday, to cultivate your innate qualities to be more creative, confident, inspiring and resilient – in all aspects of your life.
The following Agenda is for the benefit for participants who like more scaffolding with structure. As an enquiry-practice-led pedagogy, the LE Programmes are designed so participants that experience the learning process; using the body to lead the learning, and the process itself delivers the insights. The learning curve is a rewarding process and discomfort is often an indicator of the learner’s system being worked on her/his “developmental edge”.
